Founders

FounderHarry LittleHarry was born in London and raised in Surrey and Hampshire. He played professional rugby for one year after leaving school at the end of which he decided higher education was the right path for him. He went on to study Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham. He went on from his undergraduate to complete the GDL and LPC at BPP University, during which he secured a training contract at Clyde & Co LLP.

He has a strong background in entrepreneurship having launched an e-commerce tea business whilst at school and then launching Pinga, a leading on-demand grocery delivery business which launched across multiple UK major cities.

He has a strong background in entrepreneurship having launched an e-commerce tea business whilst at school and then launching Pinga, a leading on-demand grocery delivery business which launched across multiple UK major cities. 

Head of OperationsCaroline MaileCaroline is working as an auditor at Grant Thornton within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications department, training to be a Chartered Accountant. She has pioneered initiatives at Grant Thornton that promote diversity within the firm as well as the wider industry, because she is passionate about supporting underrepresented group

Caroline Maile

Caroline is working in Transaction Services at PwC within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton in early 2021. She has pioneered initiatives that promote diversity because she is passionate about making a difference and supporting underrepresented groups. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, eating and dreaming she could move to Italy!

FounderVincent Egunlae Vincent grew up and lives in North London. He studied for an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham, before going on to complete a Masters in International Business. Vincent is currently working as an auditor for Grant Thornton UK LLP where he co-founded the Ethnicity Network. Outside of work, Vincent works on a number of initiatives to create opportunities for those who need them.

Ella Robertson

Ella Robertson is the Managing Director of One Young World, a UK charity which serves as a global forum for young leaders.

Ella oversees the annual One Young World Summit which has taken place in nine different cities across the world, from Bangkok to Bogota. Ella is the co-author of How To Make A Difference - the authoritative handbook to activism.

Ella is a School Governor at ARK Atwood Primary School where she is the Link Governor for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. In the past year she has written for The Times, The Daily Telegraph and City AM; she was featured in British Vogue for her activism and was named on the Management Today/Daily Telegraph list of 35 Women Under 35 2019.

Athena Kourti

Athena was educated in London where she has worked a range of diverse occupations for the last nine years. Currently, Athena works as a private tutor whilst undertaking her Masters in Cancer Cell Biology at Sussex University, after receiving her Bachelors in Genetics. Aside from Athena’s interest in cancer research and teaching, she is inspired by the potential of children and young adults to positively impact the world, and the non-profits that aid in the enrichment of their lives by creating equal opportunities.

Communications LeadSam SalehiSam was bought up and educated in Hertfordshire, before going on to study for an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham. He continued on at Nottingham to complete a Masters in Diplomacy.Sam currently works in the corporate communications team of the financial services and energy company, Octopus Group. Prior to this, Sam spent two years this at one of the UK’s leading communications agencies, Hill + Knowlton Strategies, in their Energy and Industrials team.

Sam Salehi

Sam was bought up and educated in Hertfordshire, before going on to study for an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham. He continued on at Nottingham to complete a Masters in Diplomacy.

Sam currently works in the corporate communications team of the financial services and energy company, Octopus Group. Prior to this, Sam spent two years this at one of the UK’s leading communications agencies, Hill + Knowlton Strategies, in their Energy and Industrials team.

Judith Easton

Judith was born in east London but grew up in Hertfordshire. She studied Geography and Economics at the University of Edinburgh and loved living in Scotland. She is currently revising for her final ACA exams at Grant Thornton. Outside of work she is a keen runner, having run the London marathon and trained for the Paris marathon before it was cancelled by Covid! She is also an avid cook and baker but, equally loves trying new restaurants.

Alex McNeeAlex graduated from University College London (UCL) with a degree in Chemistry and Spanish, and is due to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in August 2021. Cristina is passionate about developing opportunities for all and providing support that ensures all young people can make the very best of their life chances.
